This is my second time working with Erin to lease out my property, and she’s been an absolute lifesaver! I live in Toronto and have my only property in Kitchener so the drive makes it very difficult to manage. Erin made the very difficult process of finding great tenants absolutely seamless.

She went above and beyond with not just finding the tenants, but also with the prework prior to them moving in. She was able to secure a cleaner, a plumber, painters, and help facilitate their access to the property, and often oversee the work herself.

She also consistently updated me with the condition of the property, details around the paint job, provided recommendations, gathered quotes, etc. etc.

There’s probably a ton of stuff I’m missing here, but she truly was there for me and made sure the property was in its best state for both myself and my tenants. I have NEVER before met a realtor of this caliber that has gone this above and beyond before.
